SRC have agreed to pay 50% of your entry to The Fast 5 for Sumner members, via a reimbursement paid to you after you have entered. If you put “Sumner” down in the team name, we will then create teams i.e. Sumner1, Sumner2 etc. which will be finalised a couple of days before the event.

From the event promotional materials: We are thrilled to be able to invite you and your friends to compete at The Fast Five as part of the International Track Meet weekend. The 5km run is open to all levels and abilities (year 9 and above). You have 45 minutes to complete the course to finish on the athletics track at Ngā Puna Wai before the International Track Meet starts. The course starts and finishes on the athletics track at Ngā Puna Wai before heading out on the smooth roads around Aidanfield and returns to finish back on the track. Full traffic management is in place.
