Junior Cross Country Group

Age 7 years and over.  All welcome.

WHEN: Every Tuesday and Thursday – starting in April
TIME: 4.45pm to 5.30pm
WHERE: Ferrymead Park playing fields

Senior Club Runs – All welcome.

Please check with the contact person in case of changes.  All sessions welcome runners whatever their speed or running experience.  Our aim is to help you improve your running and provide a social opportunity for you to train with a group.


TIME:  5:45pm  (get on Jarrod’s distribution list for email updates)
WHERE:  Hansen Park, with occasional variations
TYPE:  Speed sessions.  Interval training.  Hill work. A variety of paces within the group.

TYPE:  Slower undulating run of 60-90 minutes

TYPE:  Long run
