Saturday, 02 September 2023: Lake Roto Kohatu
A great warm up for the National Road Relay!
Set in a beautiful lake environment, this is a great course over a range of terrains. While predominately tar seal & gravel roads there are grassy tracks in places.
The course has a few undulations, but overall considered to be very fast and runnable for all runners. Road shoes are recommended.

- Junior Team running order: Alex / Neve / Harri / Fred – 2.30pm start
- MW running order: Fiona / Robyn / Helen / Jen – 12.30pm start
- MM (to confirming running order on Saturday) Mark / Sam / Nathan / Martin – 12.30pm start
