As our Sumner Season and the Athletics New Zealand Financial year draw to a close, it is now time to get ready for the Winter Season and our next financial year.
That means we need an AGM and this year we have decided it is best to hold our AGM online. Please put:

As it stands, we have 96 members of which 76 are juniors. Together, we have had an excellent year with lots of successes from both our juniors and our seniors. One of our ranks, Jonah Cropp, has even earned a place in the New Zealand Walking team. We will highlight these achievements at the AGM along with acknowledging those who have contributed to making our club a success.
As a club though we are struggling to share the workload so attached please see a draft fee proposal for the 2026/27 seasons that the committee hopes may help address this issue – have a read and be prepared to discuss it at the AGM.
