Governors Bay to Lyttelton – 17 September 2022

Hosted by Methodist Harriers Club. This is a 10km road race with a little twist. The staggered start based on your 5km time makes for an exciting race day. Earlier start than our usual winter season events, the first racers head out at 9.30am.

Course Profile:  An undulating course with short – medium uphills and a fast downhill leading into the final flat straight and onto the Lyttelton Recreation Reserve.

Start Time: 9.30am (time staggered due to a chasing start)

Location: Starting from Jetty Rd in Governors Bay, you will finish at Charlotte Jane Quay in Lyttelton Harbour

Bus to start: Parking at Governors Bay can be very tight so the event offers a ride from the finish at Lyttelton Recreation Reserve to the start for just $10.00.  Bus leaves at 8:15am and gear bags are transported back to the finish.

Check-out the website for further details

Entries are now closed. On the day entries are not available

Start times will be published under the section ‘event schedule’ here 24 hours before the event (so pretty much on Friday 16th of September).
