Lakeside Relay Teams

Saturday 06 August – Lake Roto Kohatu

Set in a beautiful lake environment, this is a great course over a range of terrains. While predominately tar seal & gravel roads there are grassy tracks in places.

The course has a few undulations, but overall  considered to be very fast and runnable for all runners. Road shoes are recommended.

This year a new grade is being introduced which the organisers are very excited about. Developed to allow Whanau to run together, teams in this grade must have at least 1 adult and 1 child (U16). The rest is flexible.

Race information can be found here

Team options Adults (16+), under 16 and Whanau team.

Entries will close at 9am on Monday, 01 August.

Teams

MW: Annette, Jin, Helen, Robyn

MM: Danny, TBC, TBC, Marty

Under 16: Nicola/Emily/Abigail J/Millie (reserve Hari)

Please remember that teams and running order can be adjusted before race start on the day. For the MM and MW this needs to be done by 12pm and by 2.00pm for the under 16 Team

Please note due to the recent wet weather, there is flooding and large pot holes on the access road to the course. Therefore it is recommend that runners park in Lakeside Place or Outlook Place (off Greywacke Road) and walk to the course through the reserve at the end of Lakes Way.
