Wednesday night training sessions take place at Hansen Park on the grass running track (weather permitting) and on the nearby hills. Sessions start at 17:45 with a group warm up, followed by intervals. It is a mixed group and suits all abilities – it doesn’t matter what pace you are, the aim of everyone is to improve their speed and technique so all are welcome.
During the winter season the location will rotate between Hansen Park, Hagley Park, and Nga Puna Wai.
