That first 50 was at 1:26 half marathon pace – faster than most will ever run one. Bugger doing it 5 times in a row. Awesome, and not within my comprehension.

The hot soup was good and the Sri Chinmoys do a wonderful job. Much to my suprise the loop formal was really great for keeping pace and motivated.
